  3. Type 1-3, 5 (or all) and click Extract range for one new PDF.
  4. Or click All pages as zip for a zip of single-page PDFs. If zip fights the browser, download the pages one by one.

Does this upload the PDF?

No. Split runs in this tab with pdf-lib.

Can I keep page order from a range like 5, 1-3?

Yes. Pages are copied in the order you type, duplicates dropped.
